Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh is one of the best known and most respected Zen masters in the world today. A global spiritual leader, poet and peace activist, he is revered throughout the world for his powerful teachings and bestselling writings on mindfulness and peace.
Meditating together is a powerful way to strengthen our focus and deepen our commitment to regular practice. We meet on Sundays from 10 - 11:30am ET via zoom.
